Last days in the states

So after a month relaxing, I'm ready to go do something. Here are the 10 things I'm planning on doing in my week and a half free time in Thailand
1) Thai massage
2) Eat lots and lots of Thai food
3) Try real Thai tea
4) Ride a bamboo raft
5) Stay in a bamboo hut in a rice paddy (sun huts in Pai)
6) Trek through the Northern provinces near Myanmar to see caves and villages
7) Buy some clothes (finally!)
8) Attend yoga classes
9) Take cooking classes
10) Visit the Chiang Mai Buddhist temples
